Norbert's experienced in post takeover integration and rebuilding of sales, marketing and Product development with proven expertise in the turnaround of increase in market share and profitability. Norbert has demonstrable success in international / global business development and in the acquisition of new partnerships in non-industrial areas.

Dr. Radovan Prusa

Investment Analyst

Radovan is an Investment Banker with over 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Equity and Debt Capital Markets. Radovan is experienced in the execution of cross border deals. He was recently with Global Payments and responsible for corporate development and strategy in Europe. Key Skills and Experience M&A: and has solicited acquisitions of merchant portfolios from banks. Pitched for and lead executions of sell-side and buy-side mandates for clients. He has broad expertise in advising clients on structuring of transactions, valuations, bidding strategy and negotiations of all aspects of the transaction including deal documentation. Equity: Pitched for and lead executions of IPOs, convertible and exchangeable bond offerings. Advised clients on valuation, preparation of marketing materials, prospectuses and other deal related documentation. Debt: Worked on preparation of debt and hybrid capital issuance by financial institutions in emerging markets.

Jahnavi Bhagwati

Investment Analyst

Jahnavi began her career at Morgan Stanley having gained a degree in Mathematics at a prestigious US University. She excelled in bringing products and clients together in New York prior to moving to London briefly, then Singapore, where she spent several years working in Private Wealth building a roster of clients from Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs as well – providing her with excellent rapport with Tier 1 investment bank clients. Jahnavi worked with Asian based clients for Nomura, and a large Singapore-based hedge fund specialising in FX transactions. As part of her tenure with the hedge fund Jahnavi relocated to London in 2016 to establish a presence in London.

Jana Hamel is a business development executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organisations define new areas of growth. Based out of London since 1999, she has held many global corporate positions which have lead to a multitude of high level relationships in organisations throughout the world. Although Jana's extremely well-versed in working with financial services institutions, especially wealth and asset managers, she has experience of several key industries. Having also worked in large consultancies and with software, Jana is accustomed to adding value to organisations through her ability to understand a business as a whole including technology and structures.

Vince Power

Business Development

Vince is an accomplished non executive director of a number of fintech regulated firms and is a co-founder of cogninow a selected startup in the Techstars NY 2017. He was a founder of an AI startup in Berlin funded by UK 3i Venture Capital. Vince is a veteran in FinTech having worked for the European Banking Association in Paris, Vocalink in UK, SWIFT Belgium and UK and the European Central Bank in Frankfurt. He has worked as a senior consultant for many Tier 1 banks including UBS Zürich, Tokyo Mitsubishi London , SEB Stockholm. More recently Vince was global head of payments for Skrill where he ran global banking and treasury and was responsible for FCA compliance and reporting.

Kam Patel

Business Architect

Kam Patel has worked as a senior Architect in Commercial Banking for Tier 1 banks in the UK. These include HSBC Lloyds Barclays and others. Kam works with the Run Ventures team to vet architecture , approach and goverance in FinTech solutions and partnerships. Based on decades of activities in major FinTech programs, Kam understands where and how FinTech can cooperate with the conventional bank landscape and eco system. He has also for example recently worked with a portfolio client cogninow.com and assisted the startup to become part of TechStars NY 2017. Kam has the ability to understand a business as a whole including technology and structures.

Paul Barclay

Business Development

Paul brings a wealth of experience in the retail sectors, coming to Run Ventures from payments service provider Skrill after the company’s successful sale to Optimal Payments (Paysafe PLC), where he was Global VP for the business from 2013. Previously, Paul was Global VP at WorldPay (RBS) for 15 years, where he was instrumental in initiating and developing its Global Regulated Sectors. Additionally, he steered WorldPay’s divestment from RBS to Advert & Bain in 2010 and has prior to that headed up sales and account management at TrustMarque (Payment Trust). His extensive payments background is further enhanced by 14 years spent at Barclaycard and Barclays Bank.

Maximilian Power

Maximilian was hacking his way through the internet as soon as he was old enough to log in, writing his first lines of code at the age of 12. From an early start Max and his team have successfully produced several UI's for Tier 1 Banks, leading Fintechs and had the opportunity to work together with the smartest brains in the FinTech space. Max is the co-founder of creative agency Finwerk successfully Growth hacking Fintech’s all over the globe. His focus is now on the new growth and emerging technologies in BlockChain and Smart contracts but also has a strong focus on applications of AI technology and especially in machine to machine economies. Max believes that Data and what we can achieve with 'structured data' and open ledger will radically change and touch most of today's commercial eco system from eCommerce to Trade Finance.
